You will pay regular SMS tariffs when updating your profile by sending short messages SMS, we do not charge premium. As for receiving messages from your friends, you will not be charged.

  • Zain Jordan: 3 Piaster/SMS - 9 Piaster MMS
  • Mobily: SMS is FREE - MMS is FREE
  • International: Depending on your service provider and your text plan. Watwet does not charge any extras.

Can I turn on/off SMS notifications?

Sure! You can stop SMS messages anytime you want and resume whenever you want. You can also schedule SMS notifications to work in certain hours. Simply go to Mobile and Email

If I turn SMS notifications off, will I still get private messages "Washwish"?

Yes, you will receive private messages if SMS notifications are turned off. You can turn off private messages by going to Mobile and Email, then clicking on "Turn whispers off"

If I turn off mobile notifications will I still receive them on the web and email?

Yes, you will receive the updates from your friends on the web and email even if mobile notifications are turned off.

How do I get a friend's updates on my phone by SMS?

To get updates on your phone, you need to register your phone on Watwet from Mobile and Email then you need to add your friends.

If I change my phone number, can I change it on Watwet?

Yes. When you want to change the current number you registered on Watwet go to Mobile and Email and click on "Delete and verify another phone number".
